The Made In The Bahamas mailing list offers a way for web professionals at all levels to discuss ideas and concepts, ask for help with code or design issues, help your industry peers out with critiques, tips and tricks, and also to debate the latest technologies and services available to the industry.
The list is totally free, and requires nothing from you but your input. Currently, members include designers, programmers, senior employees of some of the major ISPs, web veterans and web beginners. If you're in the industry, and in The Bahamas, this is the place to be.
